Product Warranty Agreement

I. Introduction

Welcome to the Crossed Hart LLC Warranty Agreement. We are committed to providing you with high-quality equipment and unparalleled customer support. This warranty ensures that your gear remains in excellent condition and operates as promised, giving you peace of mind. Registration must be completed within 30 days of purchase to qualify; otherwise a one year warranty will be in effect.

II. Warranty Coverage

Crossed Hart LLC warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period specified below:

III. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect.

  • Rubber tips or grommets.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

  • Damage due to improper use or operation. (Use a knife like a knife, not a crowbar, etc.)

IV. Claims Procedure

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service department at support@crossedhart.com with details of the issue. Include pictures of any defects.

2. Provide proof of purchase if you did not register.

3. Our team will assess the claim and provide instructions for repair or replacement.

4. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to Crossed Hart LLC. Crossed Hart LLC will pay shipping costs back to the customer.
